The day ahead!

It was agonising waiting to hear, firstly if Dad's operation would go ahead today & then how it would go, there had to be an intensive care bed available before they would go ahead. It did go ahead & my brother Richard went along with my step mother, Rosemary to visit him this evening & they have reported back positively, which is such a relief.
I plan to visit later in the week, when he has less drips & tubes connected to him, I am not good in hospitals, becoming faint on occasions, which he has witnessed in the past.
