The Poppy Room sits in Church Street in town, and is owned by Pam-e-Lar and Craig-lar.   Pamela aka Clauds is in the photo demonstrating her Barista skills!

Inside the beautifully decorated windows, (painted by hand,  by the multi-talented chef, Nanette)  many lovely ladies will serve you home made cakes and scones, and soups, and delicious lunches.   Occasionally you may be lucky enough to be attended by the amaze-bals Craglar, and once in a while F.

Points are also counted for Weightwatchers... pah what's that?   Scones have been marked 10/10 by my workmates; if I'm running late, I might just pop in and pick up whatevers out the oven.  Always popular. 

Doggies are welcome and babies too....  And once in a while they hold one of their "Evenings".  A little live music, a little theme, italian, spanish....Fakebake....(I'm not sure about that one)... BYOB...  

So, if you are in my wee town - pop in to the Poppy Room and say hello to Claudia (She and I used to be super models dontcha know).   It's always open - and happy to welcome everyone through the door - Look - Here's Tooli - And Claud's Daughter, in for their Sunday Morning Hangover Snack!  Brave woman letting my wee drunk heap in for a bacon butty!
