Walked along the canal this afternoon - was a treat to see a blue sky

Arrived at 7 & 5yo's house in the dark and mist this morning - had a bright and cheery welcome - Christmas Tree now up - bag of children's Christmas books recovered from loft - read a few - have to admit to not being too pleased about having to sing Rudolf The Red Nosed Reindeer - and carols - with feeling - at 7am - but even so - didn''t feel.blue
