It's getting worse but nowhere near as bad as the poor folks in Cumberland etc are getting. I'm watching that plonker David Cameron saying we need to build higher barriers. Rubbish. They need to plant more trees on the uplands, reduce the number of hill sheep and stop draining rivers etc! Land management in this country is rubbish. Stupid BBC commentator question.
