Hello Polly

One of the joys of a festival is the new talent you can come across. This is Polly and the Billets Doux. Fab bluesy folk and a varied vocal style with hints of Bonnie Raitt. A great band with a few party tricks.
A very good day musically. Started off with Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman, Pentangle, Polly and friends on the introducing stage, The Ric Saunders Band and topped off with Fotheringay.
We ended up driving home late rather than staying the last night. Our new Polly CDs were great company.
