Dunwich Dynamo

I got up way too early for a Sunday today and drove to Dunwich to meet two friends who had taken part in the Dunwich cycle challenge: riding 120 miles from Hackney to Dunwich, overnight. It took them 11 hours- arriving at 7.30am, and apart from some sore knees they didn't look any the worse for it.

We spent a while on the beach before dropping them off at Col station and then had a lazy afternoon over at my Mum's.
