Bandaged

D took my car out a few weeks ago and came back declaring that the radio was defunct. Investigations revealed that the front plate was no longer making contact with the insides. For a while I drove around with the passenger pressing firmly to force a connection. Today I enacted a more permanent solution - remove the trim and hold in place with electrical tape. Doesn't meet D's standards but works for me!
