Sunset over the Forth
My first attempt on my damaged Canon Powershot A610. Taken at 22.30.
The building is a derelict sports Pavillion in public Park in East Lothian.
The rock in the sea is a volcanic plug, being the remains of a volcano and is known as The Bass Rock. It was formerly used as a prison during the Napolenic wars and many years before then. It is now a bird sanctuary and can be visited by boat from North Berwick, however you may only land with permission of the RSPCB in advance which only happens a few times each year.
