Christmas decorations

Grey and windy weather today so I put up the Christmas tree. Just the small one and with a minimum of only silver decorations in it. Christmas has lost all its festive feeling for me though since losing mum just before it last year and I still don't feel like making the effort of putting up the big tree, although I could have, as I had the time for it now that I'm on holiday. Of the many other decorations that mum and I collected over the years, I only placed a couple around the apartment and this is one of them.
