Santa 5k Run

So after yesterday's escapades of trying to find a Santa suit I finally got one in Home Bargains after a tip-off from the run organiser.

MrsT took L to gymnastics whilst I went grocery shopping before we all met up with our friends and their two kids.

After registering the heavens opened for a bit but it turned out a nice day.

MrsT and the three kids all did the 2k whilst my mate S and I did the 5k and managed a good chat up whilst running and even managed a good time of just over 26 mins.

I was surprised by the time as I haven't been out running for some time.

We all went back to our house for soup and sandwiches before MrsT, L and I went paint shopping before my next project tomorrow of painting the hall and stairs.
