Today is Finland's 98 th independence day and we ate Marshal Gustav Mannerheim's favourit meal to remember his great work to keep our independence during the second world war.

Mannerheim was Regent of Finland (1918–1919), commander-in-chief of Finland's defense forces during World War II, Marshal of Finland and the sixth president of Finland (1944–1946).
