Daisies

What a weird day.  Overcast with the sun threatening to break through, then wild winds that lasted about 15 minutes, then a squall if impressive strength then clear skies but cool temperatures.  Weird.

More paint purchased for the garage today - l-o-n-g story about how I managed to get premium paint at a budget price but I'm happy :)

Not so happy will be the residents of Braithwaite in Cumbria, including some family.  The floods sound horrific - the pictures look even worse.  I do hope everyone is safe and the damage is contained.  There will be a lot of cleaning up after the waters recede and I'm sure the villagers will help one another.  Thinking of you all and sending my love.
