busy day getting christmassy :)
the children spent the morning writing christmas cards. diddy, bless him, wrote "dir .... i wish you a mery krismas, from dylan' in every one. wouldn't let me correct his spelling, but asked that i helped him with some of the names (which were mainly guesswork on my part). we then made 2 lots of cookie dough and took it over to mum and dad's house so we could keep mum company this afternoon, as she's still in her sick bed :(
advent cookies turned out great, white chocolate and cranberry and ginger and orange (with a bit of knuckle ha!). amazed some of the chocolate actually made it on top - sure they ate more than they poured.

might put the tree up tomorrow. debating whether i can deal with 4 weeks of wrestling a baby away from all the dangly bits and sparkly things!
