Sparrow hawk reflecting in the rain

There were a large number of birds on the feeders today, I presume because the storm made feeding elsewhere more difficult. The local Sparrowhawk made a couple of visits while I had the camera out, trying to take a Great Spotted Woodpecker on one sortie. As David Attenborough said in BBC's The Hunt, the majority of attempts end in failure, as in both cases today. Here, it waited for a fair bit before flying off giving me the time to take a few shots through the wet window pane.
