Tide's out.

Taken again on my way along to the pool for the last time, my free pass runs out today:(
The swim was nice, I was the only person in the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub for 1 and a 1/2hrs.
The grumpiness has changed to a spaced out feeling, feel everything is happening in slow motion around me! Think I am spending too much time on my own.
