In the bleak midwinter...

Somehow, even the Sussex road signs begin to look really photogenic!
Around where I live there are a lot of these old signposts, with the metal ring at the top, declaring which area you are in, in this case 'Faygate'. 
It is a shame they aren't scrubbed up a bit more, although I think this one looks good against the bleak winter landscape.....I might even take a leaf out of Historian31's book, and photograph a few more!
