Habit

This going to the cinema malarkey is becoming a bit of a habit, tonight we went to see Bridge of Spies starring Tom Hanks.  It was a good film, I knew the story but didn’t if you know what I mean?  I loves a good spy story.

Went to training this morning and felt like I really struggled with this blinking cold, I was sweating conkers.  It felt good though after.
