Seedhead

This is my entry for the Flower Friday challenge  - not a lush or showy flower but just the remnants of I know not what.  I must have a bit of the optimist in me as I keep on searching my garden in the hope of finding something exciting to blip, but realistically I shouldn't expect to see too much at this time of year.  As I said I don't recognise this but I liked it anyway  -  thank you again to Anni for hosting.
