Speckled Wood

A butterfly at last - well three actually but true to type flitting in amongst the trees just out of range.

Lovely sunday walk on my favourite local fells - Daisy hill and Waldridge. Still song thrushes and skylarks singing - a little sun and no rain. Planty of evidence of thursday's deluge with high flood debris everywhere and huge holes in the footpaths.
