Today was....

...my mother in law's birthday! She fancied Chinese food, so we went to my favourite Chinese restaurant in Knutsford. As always it was lovely, we all ate too much but had a lovely time.

Much better day today although the weather is still appalling for July!

Boys are off to their cousin's wedding in Singapore later this evening. He has laid on a week of entertainment for his English guests - 12 in total - all expenses paid, but of course I couldn't go due to work commitments :-( it does mean the boys can both take their girlfriends and I am chuffed that they will have a wonderful time!

I will be quite content with a trip to Austria and the Italian lakes in a few weeks time :-)
