Too little too late??

Saw this on the text service. There has been a policy of divert, dilute, delay and when that fails it is then the fourth D - deny everything. It has been going on for ages so perhaps they are finally stopping the practise. I have got to cross my fingers (if you know the saga of velofor you will perhaps know what I mean). Time will tell over the next few days if things might change and apologies and proper treatment are forthcoming as I have requested them for quite some number of weeks.
