Crab on da Pier

A few wintery showers first thing this morning but it soon cleared and been a lovely sunny day :)

I spent the morning in Scalloway, walkies with Sammy.  I had to go to the dentist before lunch and then met mam.  Trying to drink a cuppa was tricky with a numb mouth :)  Me snd mam had a meeting thus afternoon in the museum, it was for the Shetland Heritage Association and the new website that I'll be working on.  Mam popped over for tea and niece Elise came by later.  We then popped into Lerwick for some late night shopping.  Feet up with the telly now :)

A lovely walk around Scalloway and headed down to the pier for a nosy, really just to see how it was after the Gemini leaving a few days ago.  On my way back, I interrupted the birds having lunch.  This poor peerie crab was having his final wriggle and Sammy almost got a nipped nose too.  Hope he didn't suffer for much longer after I left and hope the birds had a tasty meal.  Taken at Blacksness, Scalloway.
