Ludford Bridge

After staying the night near Ludlow and having a meal with relatives, I realised that I hadn't taken a Blip today. It was late afternoon and the weather wet, windy and dark when we stopped at Ludford Bridge to take a photo.

The River Teme was high but nowhere near the height of the floods of the Rivers Vyrnwy and Severn near where I live.

Ludford Bridge is the site of the worst defeat for the Yorkists during the Wars of the Roses. All looked pretty quiet today though!
