Stollen Slices

I love the Christmas treats of mince pies and Stollen but although they appear in the shops several weeks before Christmas I resist the temptation to buy them until the beginning of December.  Earlier in the week I bought some Stollen and already it is nearly finished, it is just so irresistible!  Some weeks ago I made sweet mince meat and when time allows will be making some mince pies.
