Calm before the storm....

What a wonderful day this has been (and its still morning).. 13 degrees Celsius and I got to drive one of my favorite roads in California.. 30 miles of bird bliss but no place for a truck to pull over... This time of year an easy 1000 birds can be seen in the delta between Rio Vista and Lodi. Todays highlight was seeing a dozen egrets among the sheep...
