Advent Calendar - Day 3

This evening we went to the Chinese Pagoda in the English Garden where there is another Christmas Market. The English Garden is a large park with lovely old trees. It's almost magical now with the lit up pagoda and a brass band on the first story playing Christmas carols. In the summer it's the site of Munich's most popular beer garden and the band plays Bavarian tunes.

In the afternoon we went to a photo exhibition in a private gallery, Robert van der Hilst's  "Chinese Interiors", still life images in natural light, which I enjoyed very much.
