Snails

Went out to lunch today with my 'walking group'; before the delicious meal, at the Malt Scoop Inn, Lapford, we enjoyed a dry stroll in Eggesford Forest. Rain held off and it was very pleasant.
The family of snails that I've played with here were hunkered down under a woodpile that has, sadly for them, started to be used so they were gradually being exposed to the elements and will need to relocate soon!
