Under the Spreading Chestnut Tree

Having failed to get out for a bike ride I was on the bike bright and early this morning. I managed to negotiate the road closed signs and squeeze past the workmen en route to Cropton.

By the time I arrived in Cropton the rain had arrived. I stopped by this tree to consider my options. Finally deciding to carry on and pleased I did as the rain wasn't too heavy.

Out to try my local camera club tonight.
