It bites back.......

......I think I was maybe a bit heavy-handed with the minced chilli in this roasted red pepper soup, my nose is dripping like a tap.......believe me, it's not a good look.......

Still in the recovery position after yesterday's exertions and then waking myself up sneezing in the small hours......iPlayer and nananap on a comfy couch here I come!!!

Though I might watch this............
