Mossiness
Many of the side paths at Arduaine are just unsurfaced and mossy and it's as well that not many folk stray off the main route or these paths would quickly be ruined.
Now that most of the leaves are down I'm raking them off and exposing the moss to the light so it's not spoilt. We usually use a blower on the paths but when the fallen leaves are so heavy and wet it's easy to shift a lot of the gravel too.
Here I've almost finished one of the paths.
My extra picture today: Next Friday I'm off to London - by train. Oban-Glasgow-Euston-Victoria-Hampton. I've been downloading (cheap) books onto my Kindle and shall sit back and enjoy the ride and the read - unless I find someone interesting to talk to, of course!
