Found them!

About 25 years ago, when our youngest daughter outgrew her cot, we took it apart, and stored it in a cupboard under the roof.  But for some reason lost in the mists of time, the fittings did not go with it, they ended up in an envelope on my desk.

The cot is still in the same cupboard, waiting for my older daughter to go search it out in a couple of weeks.  But I (and my desk) have moved twice since then, and although I thought they were still there, when I started to look for them, initially I couldn't find them.  I was starting to have a little panic, and contemplating searching the innumerable boxes still not unpacked since my last move, but one final check on my rather untidy desk unearthed them - relief.
