From the kitchen window.

Just took this from the kitchen window. And I haven't converted it to B & W, this is just the colour that it is. Been a light rain for most of the day.
PJ & I started a clean up under part of the house. This part is where it is high enough to park a ute, and a lot of other stuff!! Plus this is where Poppy has her sleeping box. But the last couple of nights she has been whining and barking.
We hope that we have found the reason for this - a couple of Starling nests with chicks in them, not far above where she sleeps. Today, PJ removed them and the nests got dumped into the container that we burn rubbish in. (after dealing with starling chicks, so please don't think we burnt them!) While I was getting the matches to start the fire, Gypsy got into the container, and came out covered in soot from the last burn-up.
Oh, what would we do without them!
