Another birthday cake
Well, the beginnings of one. The birthday isn't until August but I had a spare moment. This is a recipe from Good Food magazine from 2002 to celebrate the Golden Jubilee. It contains raspberries and ground almonds. When I take it out of the freezer it will be finished with a whipped cream and strawberries filling and a fresh lemon glaze topping.
