Stop Me and Buy One!

Used to be the slogan on old ice cream vendors carts way, way back. Some time ago, my office was across the road from an ice cream factory and we sometimes (not often enough) were roped in as tasters/guinea pigs for Omero's new flavours. My fave of all time was rum and rum! Sadly this did not make it to production as all the vans would have needed liquour licences!
I digress. After last nights most enjoyable retirement party, we took ourselves off to Stirling and strolled up the Back Walk to the Esplanade. I was quite taken by the neatly done decoration of the van (silhouette of the castle if you hadn't spotted it!) and those menacing clouds behind. Oh, and before you ask, we were frightfully brave and didn't indulge. W continued our stroll down through the top of the town past Argyll's Lodgings, Mar's Wark and the Boys Club ("Quarrelling is Taboo; Play the Game and Keep Smiling.) before returning to the car. Those clouds held on to their cargo until we were safely under cover before giving the whole place a good soaking.
Hope there is something decent on the "box" tonight!
