Simple Minds AECC

Seeing your favourite band once is amazing but seeing them now 3 times is outstanding. Simple Minds were in town last night with The Stranglers as support. Wow!
We started the night at Kims.. Elaine turned up in an unusual headwear... Rather fetching too. We had bean chilli, nachos and great banter over wine and beer before we all went to the gig.

The Stranglers were ace. Some classic tunes were played and then it was the turn of Simple Minds.

From the first song to the last they had the crowd in the palm of their hands. I sang my heart out. All the classics were played and more.
