Day 2

The elf prepared a North Pole breakfast for the child today which she ate after school! "Look mummy! She must have got special crumpet from the North Pole"

The elf also lovingly fashioned brownie santa hats, which were very difficult and sticky and sort of melted. The child was impressed though and scoffed it all. She also had "about 16" m&ms today which she considered a win!

In other news the elf was not where she had been left when we arrived home, Birnam Wood now has sparkly stickers as baubles. The child speculated that Merry may be homesick so the tree is next to her bed to help her feel happier.
