Nutty Noras

Poppy had her friend Sophie over after school. This was a rare moment of relative calm when they weren't chasing the dogs, singing VERY loudly or pulling each other around the floor by their feet.
They are both running in a cross country competition tomorrow so I was bit concerned that one of them might sustain an injury but so far so good.
Thankfully they are now safely parked on Pop's sofa playing on her laptop.
Well, whatever it is that gives them that amount of energy, I think I want some of it!
