window dressing

we watched this enchanting model railway being installed in a local tea and coffee emporium this morning.  

you can see a bit more in 'extras' - so many wonderful miniature figures - the snowman, the couple kissing by the christmas tree, the skaters on the pond, the postman, the skiers... i could have looked at it for hours.

unfortunately the train got stuck in the tunnel and they had to take it all down.  so we came upon it just in time to see it with the lights on.
