London so an early start leaving a dark, wet, dreich Edinburgh for a much brighter and warmer London.

Mind numbing day of a meeting. But I walked to and from Shadwell DLR so I got some exercise. Only takes 20 minutes from the office and it means I walk through the area where my Reardon forebears lived in the early19th century. The Georgian church tower is St George's in the East where Emma Reardon who became Adam Landels wife and my 2 greats grandmother was baptised. Of course the blitz and other developments have completely changed the area . It was Upper Chapman Street, now Bigland Street

Now waiting for the flight home at London City.
