Yoko geri

This was a damn hard shot to get. I would've wasted at least a roll of film in the old days. And not in any frame did I get my foot completely at extension, and showing more the edge of the foot (I am sure I get the foot oriented better than this shows; Kancho would've commented otherwise...)

Anyway, enough excuses; day two of my plastic fantastic karate in December:

And since my foot is flat to the camera, you can see the result of training on brick pavers. Walking is ... not comfortable at present. Seen more better - or worserer, depending on your point of view, and squeamishness - on teh instagram.
