Belly Dancer

Big Dance Edinburgh is on this weekend with stages and random dance events all over the city centre. Lots of free shows at St. Andrew Square, Rose St., Castle St., the Grassmarket & the National Museum of Scotland.

It was rather mixed weather with a few heavy showers but also bright sunshine. This lady was doing belly dancing at the National Museum of Scotland, she was giving lessons to an enthusiastic group of ladies of all ages from little toddlers upwards, before giving a solo performance. Very entertaining, I got a little carried away taking over 500 photographs with my camera and another 100+ on my phone! (Will take me a while to go through them all to find the best and edit them :-)
