Layers of Clouds

Another flight across the country.
Two hour delay before take off due to weather - clouds seemed continuous once we left AZ.
One day of meetings and then I jump on a plane to head home.
Sometimes a teleconference works but sometimes you need to influence the meeting dynamics, observe the body language, in order to understand how to get the best results.
