Cairngorm Capers

Eric Rice a member of The Rotary Club of Strathaven was the speaker at tonight's weekly meeting.

As something special to mark his seventieth birthday Eric decided on a three day trip through the Cairngorm mountains.

Via the Lairig Ghru spending the first night in Corrour Bothy and the second at the Shelter Stone at the head of Loch Avon.

The trip finished in style with a cool pint and a plate of Cullen Skink at the Cairngorm Mountain Restaurant.
