Yellow Belt

Arrived to pick up from Tae Kwan Do just in time to see Sam being awarded his Yellow Belt.  He is very pleased.

Two coffee-catch up sessions, so not much work done today,  including one with a dear friend recovering from a garden accident concussion 2 months ago, resulting in a brain injury.

A reminder how everything can all change in an instant.  Take care folks and take nothing for granted!
