Smiling

Today I have had a wave of positivity wash over me... ( extra dose of medication kicking then..)
Either way it felt good.... I felt a bit more me. .. a bit more... alive x
I changed all the beds... caught up with the washing ... chores all completed. . I even ventured out to the shop with my 2 youngest alone.. not something I've felt able to do in a while without freaking out.. I found some beautiful bargain earrings that made me smile so it was well worth it x
I even picked Bailey up from school... sounds like nothing but it's been a fear lately. .. my friend has been so understanding and helpful... but today I did it x small steps and all that x
