There's a tree in the grand hotel....

It's always nice to go and see the tree in the Midland Hotel in Manchester. It's been Manchester's grandest hotel for over a century now. I took this picture today but saw it being put up by one of the Midland's elves a few days ago. I got talking to him and complimented him on how good it always looked, so fresh and smelled wonderful. He let me into a secret and told me how this happens. During the night on the 15th the entire tree is taken down and a new one is put in its place so it always looks good.
