Spent the morning printing, stapling, and folding a questionaire for the Development Company. Delivered to G on my way to see the physiotherapist. Thankfully no injections, just a list of exercises, and pink and blue lengths of rubber. I have to rest my arm on a table or chair arm, and push down on the back with my other hand. 2nd exercise is to put my foot through a loop of pink rubber, with arm resting on the chair arm. The bad hand holds the loop, while I use my good arm to lift the bad hand. I then lower the bad hand slowly against the pull of the rubber. Sounds easy, but doesn't half ache after a few goes.. Then time for ice packs and painkillers..

Don't think I'll be doing much for a while..

The solar panels have produced about 1.5 pence worth of electricity today!..
