Chester Cathedral
Upon taking a tranquility break from the madness that is shopping in Chester at the moment, we headed into Chester Cathedral. It is beautiful in there and well worth a visit.
There is a display of Christmas trees sponsored by local schools and businesses placed around the cloisters and they are lovely to see. All themed and done completely differently.
There is also a series of tableau depicting scenes from a Christmas Carol, and the extra is a very scary looking Marley!
Got a few bits and pieces sorted today, but the overriding impression is that there is an awful lot of rubbish being bought and there are going to be a lot of very full charity shops in January! Bah Humbug!
Derelict Sunday 7 is now up and running, post your derelict pics anytime between now and midnight Sunday and tag DS7. We have had some crackers in previous weeks and so looking forward to seeing what else you come up with.
