Hello Again!

A flock of fieldfares visited our garden a few days ago, but I was too slow to grab the camera before they had flown off.  I was delighted to see them back again today, although they were not easy to photograph as they were half hidden behind an evergreen tree and a fair distance away. The shots are hand held on 50 x zoom and taken through the window!

However, I was pleased to get a few shots which show their lovely colours and I hope they'll come back another day for some more berries.  The extra shows a pair of them having a quick break.

More snow today and very cold and dismal all day, but the temperature is set to soar to 10 degrees tonight before dropping again tomorrow night!    Very odd weather indeed!

Spent a couple of hours catching up on The Bridge.  It's the first series we've watched and we're finding it compulsive viewing, if somewhat challenging to follow:-)
