Frustrating

Ever since Dell installed the new motherboard in my computer, the internal CF reader has only worked on the first insertion after booting. If I took the card out and put another in, the computer didn't recognize it meaning I'd have to re-boot. I finally got pissed off enough to call Dell about it. Bugger me, they said that's a software issue, either pay $239 for a years software support, or $89 for them to solve this issue. 
After politely telling them to stick it where the sun don't shine, I set about solving it myself. It was just an easy-as-cherry-pie driver update , which Dell were supposed to have done when they installed the new board. Suffice it to say, I will not be buying any more Dell products, and I will be making sure I get my money's worth out of whatever's left of the hardware warranty that I did buy.
